Meet Deputy Samuel Bledsoe, who, according to the Kingsport Times-News, was arrested for DUI in Tennessee and was so belligerent that he was locked in a dog cage. He was so impaired that he couldn't perform a field sobriety test even after it had been explained to him over EIGHTEEN TIMES.

As I said – anyone can make a mistake.
